Wood U

When I first seen this pic, I thought to myself, “wood U, could U be my heart?”
I love everything about trees! Specially, the rings that display its age – very cool!!
Not to mention, how all the tree’s communicate with each other via their roots.
Did U know, that when a tree is damaged by wind or lightning all the other tree send nutrients via their roots to help the tree recover more quickly.
Apparently, this is also true if someone cuts down a tree, the other trees will send nutrients to the stump aiding it to stay alive, thats why U might notice stumps don’t rot right away, they have all the other tree’s feeding it underground.
We are all one in this universe.
