Tar Bits
While walking Buckles and Clover last month, it appeared they finally added some tar to one of the roads that had been under construction all summer.
As we were about to walk up onto the sidewalk, I couldn’t help but notice, a piece of Tar Bits laying on the cement took form of a perfect heart shape.
