Plenty of Hearts
Sorry for the delay of the new posts. It is not the lack of seeing hearts – everyone and anyone who is around me on a given day, can verify, I consistently see hearts everywhere.
I had enough pics pre-posted to last thru my China trip, and as U know, I returned to find my good friend Greg had passed, then I was informed of a last minute availability at NY Toy Fair, leaving me less then week to get ready for and if that wasn’t enough, I had to accept it was time for Buckles to move on. WOO WEE!!!
I’m not complaining, we all have our struggles, and unexpected emotional distractions and interruptions that side swipe us at any given moment.
I must say, even with all of these sad things I’ve shared – there are so many unbelievably fantastic things happening at the same time. Of course, all of it – good and bad – are life changing.
I have never been one who sought out for my journey to be boring and dull – what it all comes down to is – what to stay focused on – it’s important to deal with the hardship and sorrow, but don’t let it consume U – the only things that should consume U is love, laughter and anything that inspires U to be a happier, better U.
I realize, for some this is easier said then done – though I must say, if it was up to me, I would be more then happy to take all the sorrow, bitterness, envy, spite and anger I sense in the air on a given day, and relieve each and every one of U of it. However, since I have “yet” to figure out how to do this – in the meantime, try to escape and find a little happiness in the heart pics and stories we all have to share, here on this site. ♥🙂
This heart pic – taken back in November – is of the fire pit cover in my backyard – U will notice there a two heart shapes made of snow sitting on top.
Oh yes, I almost forgot to mention, somewhere between my return from China and our last day with Buckles, one of the 2 bunnies that live in our yard, had a broken back leg. I put the bunny in a box, and brought it in the house (cuz it was below zero) and the next day, dropped it off at the Humane Society; where they help injured wild life – nursing them back to health, and eventually they release it back into the wild.
Of course, I choose for them to contact me, when it’s healed, so I can release the bunny back into our yard – since its partner who is still present in our backyard, is most likely missing him/her friend.
