Mini Melon
Here I thought watermelon’s were gone till next Spring. Lucky me, I found a couple mini watermelons at Costco this past November.
Honestly, this was not planned. However, as I was eating the mini melon, I noticed I scooped out a heart shape.
I took the quick pic and finished it off – I say quick, cuz I couldn’t eat it fast enough – I LOVE WATERMELON!!!
