Mary Mole
I was talking to Mary, when I noticed a heart shaped mole on her arm.
I must confess, it only looks heart shaped when her arm is not up close.
Once I took the pic, I could tell the pigment of the mole was lighter at top, making it appear to give form to the heart shape.
There always, something about Mary!
