Mammoth’s Heart Eye

I have been spending several evenings pulling together all our family’s heart photos – I didn’t realize till now how many we have – WOW!  Not to mention all the heart shaped items we have found over the years and placed throughout our home.

This photo was taken at the Arboretum in Chanhassen, MN 4 years ago. I was with Cady Babé – my one special lady!  Cady a big love of my life was with us for eight years, so there are numerous photos and found heart items I will be sharing in future posts that will include referencing her in the story.

Cady loved going to visit the Arboretum. My fave was how we would leave the normal walking path and adventure on our own thru the woods, over streams, and along the shores of the ponds.

On this particular day, we had adventured off the path and thru the woods, then as we came out from the trees into this big field there was this huge life size mammoth bush sculpture right there in front of us. What caught our eye was its heart shaped eye. I’m sure they did not plan for that when they set up the sculpture to grow however, naturally it seemed to take the perfect shape for us to see and appreciate. And now U!
