I must say, Costco has some of the best 1″ to 1.5″ inch pork chops – like little filet mignon – but healthier.
And, there is no better way to prepare the chops then the grill – even in the middle of winter.
As U can see, was about to eat our grilled pork chops for dinner, when I spotted this spicy heart.
