Glass pebble
I love Fall – with all the leaves changing it’s a perfect time to make a trip to the Arboretum. What made this year’s trip even more special was sharing it with Tracy.
Almost immediately after setting out on our adventure we came across this tiny piece of red glass – that’s right shaped as a heart! I would have never seen it, if it wasn’t for the sun catching a corner of the glass sending out a sparkly glimmer to catch my eye.
Ironically, this is the similar effect I experienced when I had seen Tracy for the first time – although instead of a sparkly glimmer, it was her beautiful face that swept me away, leaving me blinded with hearts on my mind.
If that wasn’t enough, it was clearly apparent we would be sharing something truly special when I learned that her maiden name (the name she held growing up) was Hartwig.
2013… Before it even started I knew it would be a fantastically amazing and lucky year. Regardless, I am humbled, honored and blessed on how every day continues to exceed all my expectations, desires and dreams.
