Fresh hearts
Jazz Fest, New Orleans 2015.
As I been sharing in previous posts – hearts have been found at Jazz Fest in New Orleans. However, none as fresh as these.
Someone at our table stated, what are the chances of us being delivered a platter of clams with a hearts? The reply; Mark is here, we should expect seeing hearts.
Although not a big sea food guy, clams are an exception – specially fresh from New Orleans!
