I was making a little chicken and rice dinner with the leftover roasted chicken.

When I went to stir it, I was surprised to see the heart shaped chicken chunk in the pan.

Today would be Claudia’s 43rd Birthday! 

All day today I will be reminding myself how lucky I was to have her in my life!
