November 2019 On our daily walk with Leo, McKinlee and I were half-way around Grass Lake.  As we were coming upon Travis’ house – I noticed his two red chairs were positioned at the right angle, making them appear as one big heart. November 2019 Lisa and McKinlee were baking a birthday cake for McKinlee’s party.  The specs of candy that were added should have looked like stars although after baking them they became small hearts. Go figure! Next year’s Bday party will be heart...

November 2019 It’s tradition in our family to make our own cards for the ones we love.  Savannah was home to visit for a weekend and right before she went back to California, I snuck this cute heart card into her backpack for her to find when she arrived at home. Ironically, Savannah will be moving back to MN in a few weeks – now that she has earned her Masters Degree. Like any GREAT brother, Brett will be flying down to California...

November 2019 I had just finished enjoying a delicious DQ ice cream sandwich.  I stood up and Lisa asked what that stain was on the back of my shirt? It wasn’t poop… 😉 I took my shirt off and realized a piece of the cookie, must have come out of the wrapper and fell onto the couch and I sat on it, forming a heart onto my shirt.  What U think about U bring about – MORE HEARTS!!! A little use of the Tide stick did the trick....
