{"id":9162,"date":"2020-01-11T05:08:04","date_gmt":"2020-01-11T11:08:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seeinghearts.com\/?p=9162"},"modified":"2020-01-10T14:09:58","modified_gmt":"2020-01-10T20:09:58","slug":"catch-22","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seeinghearts.com\/catch-22\/","title":{"rendered":"Catch 22"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>August 2019<\/p>\n<p>One of Brett&#8217;s favorite dinners is my grilled honey steamed chicken.<\/p>\n<p>If U are only doing a couple pieces of chicken, U can use tinfoil, if U have several pieces of chicken it&#8217;s easier to use a disposable tin pan and cover it with tinfoil.<\/p>\n<p>Place the chicken on tinfoil\/pan and add 1\/4 cup of olive oil (underneath meat) in order to create the steam when cooking.\u00a0 Now add your favorite spices, and if U like, some pineapple pieces along with its juices.\u00a0 Right before sealing the tinfoil tight, add PLENTY of honey directly on the chicken.<\/p>\n<p>Place the sealed tinfoil on the hot grill, and cook for 15 min.\u00a0 Once U take it off the grill and open it up, U will find the chicken has absorbed all the honey and juices.\u00a0 Your lucky if the honey was burnt onto the meat, giving some of the chicken a burnt glaze &#8211; YUMMY!!!<\/p>\n<p>As U can see on this chicken breast, there is a heart shaped spice left on the meat.<\/p>\n<p>Today is my son Brett&#8217;s 23rd Bday!\u00a0 Have a fantastic day and spectacular year!!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>August 2019 One of Brett&#8217;s favorite dinners is my grilled honey steamed chicken.
