Sadie and I were going on a walk the other day, and I noticed this heart image; however it looked like it was moving.\u00a0 After getting a closer look I was surprised it was a colony of red ants.\u00a0 My first reaction was\u2026 “Gross!”\u00a0 Why is it a dog’s reaction to try to eat them? “Super Gross!”<\/p>\n
For All U ant lovers, don’t worry no ants were harmed in taking this photo.\u00a0 I pulled back on the leash just in time.<\/p>\n
After doing a little research online, I discovered quite often a colony of ants will gather like this while they clean house and\/or move. I did not notice any of them carrying furniture, so I think they were simply doing some spring-cleaning themselves.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
