OK… it was not actually a snake attack.\u00a0 While enjoying our hike at the Arboretum, Tracy and I came upon this baby snake. I’m not exactly sure how I even spotted this little snake slithering across the path in front of us.<\/p>\n
Now that I am home safe and no where near the snake, I’m able to laugh about the ordeal.\u00a0 However, that wasn’t the case when we first realized it was a snake. I had initially jumped back as if it was coming at me. Thank god I didn’t go with my first instinct; to push Tracy forward and onto the snake while I ran away screaming. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
As U can see Tracy was able to calm me down from this frightful experience, allowing me to take the photo.\u00a0 To my surprise, once we arrived back home we realized there was a small heart shaped leaf on the larger leaf that the snakes tail is resting on. I was so glad to see something positive had come from this horrific experience. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
