While Savannah and Charlie were traveling in Paris, France. \u00a0One of their anticipated stops was at Saule Pleureur, de la Pointe – apparently this small little island is located within the Seine River in Paris and is home to the world famous Weeping Willow. \u00a0Savannah said, they were both at awe of the Weeping Willow’s beautiful golden leaves – as they walked-up to and under the tree, Charlie went down on one knee and proposed. \u00a0Savannah clearly said, YES!!!<\/p>\n
Very pleased Charlie was thinking ahead, asking his Paris friend Peter to hide and take pics. \u00a0Well planned Charlie! \u00a0Thank U so much Peter!!<\/p>\n
As for the heart, if U look to the right of Savannah’s hand (within the tree bark) of course, there is a long darkened heart I spotted on the tree.<\/p>\n
I must say, even though Savannah had no clue – I did – considering Charlie went old school, by respectfully asking for my blessings a few days before they left for Paris. \u00a0We all feel blessed that Savannah found such a wonderful and caring man to share the rest of her life with. \u00a0Congrats Savannah & Charlie – we can’t wait to celebrate your engagement over Christmas.<\/p>\n
